360/OPEN SUMMIT: THE WORLD IN MOTION - REMARKS FROM THE DEPUTY COORDINATOR OF THE GLOBAL ENGAGEMENT CENTER OF US DEPARTMENT OF STATE, LEAH BRAY - Deputy Coordinator of the Global Engagement Center at the US Department of State Leah Bray will briefly discuss the center's mission, and the role of counter-disinformation technology initiatives to better understand, expose, and counter foreign state and non-state propaganda and disinformation efforts. Bray will also announce the forthcoming US-Paris Tech Challenge to identify innovative and promising solutions against propaganda and disinformation across the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom.
