FORMER NSA STEPHEN HADLEY'S PRESIDENTIAL BRIEFING ON WAGNER REBELLION IN RUSSIA - In an exclusive briefing for Atlantic Council global leadership on the Wagner mutiny and what's next for Russia and Ukraine, former National Security Advisor Stephen Hadley told Fred Kempe how he would brief the president of the United States about the ongoing situation.
