Program Assistant Lucie Kneip speaks with Juan Fernando Lucio, Director of PASO Colombia, on his work his at the intersection of peacebuilding and environmentalism in Colombia. PASO Colombia facilitates peacebuilding by creating economic and environmental initiatives in coordination with rural communities, ex-combatants, governmental actors, and businesses. Juan Fernando provides timely insights on what lessons can be drawn from the implementation of Colombia's 2016 peace accords amidst ongoing negotiations with the ELN and other armed groups.
