A CONVERSATION WITH PFIZER CHAIRMAN AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER ALBERT BOURLA - The Atlantic Council hosted a high-level conversation with Dr. Albert Bourla, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Pfizer, on November 9, 2021. Dr. Albert Bourla’s role has been central in developing the COVID-19 vaccine, and in the international effort to curb the pandemic.
With its European partner BioNTech, Pfizer made one of the greatest scientific breakthroughs in human history, one that also bares tremendous medical opportunities to face future global health challenges. Recognizing Dr. Bourla’s work to confront this world-wide crisis, the Atlantic Council honored him at this year’s Distinguished Leadership Awards.
