General Wesley Clark spoke to the Atlantic Council about how Russia and China threaten the established world order, and how the US and its allies can further support Ukraine. Clark was NATO Supreme Allied Commander Europe from 1997 to 2000.

"We've worked assiduously (...) to put together a system in which we encourage the peaceful settlement of disputes. All of that is challenged by Russia and China."

He spoke at an event hosted by the Atlantic Council's Eurasia Center, joined by Gen. Rick Hillier, Gen. David H. Petraeus, and Maj. Gen. Mick Ryan, moderated by Debra Cagan from the Transatlantic Leadership Network.
