H.E. Situmbeko Musokotwane, Zambia's Minister of Finance and National Planning, discussed the forthcoming announcement of a debt restructuring deal during the IMF-World Bank Meetings in Marrakesh.
"We are one of the countries that has made significant progress in terms of resolving the debt issue," he said. "We'll sign the memorandum of understanding soon."
