US funding for Ukraine is drying up amid congressional gridlock. While Europe has agreed to send additional funds and the Biden administration might release weapons and other equipment, VP and Senior Director of the Atlantic Council's Scowcroft Center for Strategy and Security Matthew Kroenig says additional financial support from Congress is essential to Ukraine's ability to combat the Russian invasion.
