As the International Criminal Court prosecutor applies for arrest warrants for Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on war crimes charges over October 7 and the war in Gaza, we spoke with Gissou Nia, a human rights lawyer and Director of the Strategic Litigation Project at the Atlantic Council’s Rafik Hariri Center & Middle East programs.
