"When you look at a certain number of elections, particularly where the extreme right did better, the youth vote has gone a lot to the far right," said Célia Belin, head of the Paris Office of the European Council on Foreign Relations.
She made these remarks while speaking at an event hosted by the Atlantic Council's Europe Center.
