Prime Minister of the Netherlands Mark Rutte spoke to the Atlantic Council about Russia's ongoing war in Ukraine and the future of the transatlantic alliance.
"If we would accept for one moment that Putin could be successful in Ukraine (...), it won't end there—he will continue. History has taught us this lesson."
He spoke at an #ACFrontPage event hosted jointly by the Atlantic Council's Scowcroft Center for Strategy and Security, Europe Center, and Eurasia Center, in partnership with Georgetown University—moderated by Amy Mackinnon from Foreign Policy magazine.
