RUSSIA’S ILLICIT EXPLOITATION OF FOREIGN NATIONALS FOR ITS WAR AGAINST UKRAINE - Join the Atlantic Council’s Eurasia Center and Strategic Litigation Project for a virtual discussion on Russia’s predatory recruitment of foreign fighters in its war against Ukraine.
