GOVERNING EMERGING TECHNOLOGY IN AFRICA - The Atlantic Council’s Democracy + Tech Initiative launches the report, “Emerging technology policies and democracy in Africa: South Africa, Kenya, Nigeria, Ghana, and Zambia in focus.”
