David Daoud: Hezbollah Risks Joining Hamas in War

"Hamas does not operate in isolation," Atlantic Council Nonresident Fellow David Daoud of the Rafik Hariri Center and Middle East programs says. He describes the Hezbollah links in Hamas’s attack against Israel on October 7.
“Since the 1990s Hamas has been gradually integrated into the Iranian-led 'Resistance Axis,' a regional network of anti-Israel political parties and militant groups,” Daoud says.
