ENTREPRENEURSHIP TO FUEL JOBS AND GROWTH IN LATIN AMERICA AND THE CARIBBEAN - Join the Atlantic Council’s Adrienne Arsht Latin America Center, in partnership with the World Bank, for the release of the latest Latin America and Caribbean Economic Review. There, speakers will explore how entrepreneurship can drive job creation and productivity in a region where many firms remain small and face barriers to scaling.
Drawing on findings from the World Bank’s latest Latin America and Caribbean Economic Review, the conversation will examine the challenges that limit transformational entrepreneurship—including access to finance, gaps in skills and education, and regulatory barriers—and discuss strategies to expand high-growth firms. The discussion will also outline how to create conditions that allow entrepreneurs to thrive, foster quality jobs, and help reshape Latin America and the Caribbean’s economic future.
The session will be held live in Spanish and English and will bring together policymakers, entrepreneurs, and experts to share practical approaches for scaling high-impact ventures and attracting investment.
