NAVIGATING TRANSATLANTIC ENERGY AND CLIMATE SECURITY: COHESIVE STRATEGIES AMID GEOPOLITICAL TENSION - The intersection of energy security and climate change has emerged as a critical focal point in transatlantic relations in recent years. From the lasting impacts of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, to the more recent conflict in the Middle East, the need to transition to sustainable energy systems has never been more clear. This goal must be met with strident efforts to provide the world with security and economic stability. Whether bolstering security of supply, deploying innovative clean energy technologies, or rebuilding Ukraine, how can G7 countries effectively equip themselves to navigate these global challenges together? Can they foster collaboration through energy and climate policy and action?
