DEMOCRACY PULSE: EXAMINING PROGRESS ON UN SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS AFTER UNGA WEEK - As world leaders met in New York for the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly, one of the core focus areas was accelerating global headway on the UN's Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) ahead of the self-imposed 2030 deadline for meeting them. Using data from the Freedom and Prosperity Indexes, Will Mortenson examines progress on three of the 17 SDGs and identifies the improvement that still needs to happen.
