A CONVERSATION WITH AMBASSADOR KEN SALAZAR AND AMBASSADOR ESTEBAN MOCTEZUMA ON THE FUTURE OF US-MEXICO TIES - The North American Leaders’ Summit in 2021 focused on opportunities for deepened collaboration on issues such as health security, equitable economic growth, and migration. The Leaders’ meeting – following a five-year hiatus – reaffirms the importance of trilateral cooperation including strong US-Mexico ties. Since their confirmations in 2021, both Ambassador of the United States to Mexico Ken Salazar and Ambassador of Mexico to the United States Esteban Moctezuma were at the forefront of advancing this important bilateral relationship.
